Studio Imogen together with Staging Collective and AMA Fiber Art are excited to present San Diego’s first annual Design Expo!
This highly curated exhibition showcased the latest home decor and design trends from San Diego’s top emerging local talent, and provided an opportunity for buyers and collectors to network with artists and makers, stay ahead of design trends and be inspired by the incredible talent right here in our city.
This was a day of live music from local DJs, complimentary drinks from JuneShine and Sake High, and a staged warehouse full of unique and original pieces to shop and look at, from 30+ incredible exhibitors ranging from art and furniture to textiles and tile design.
Coffee and pastries from Il Giardino di Lilli and gourmet burgers from Rec Room will also be available for purchase.
Location
The Counterflow Haus is beautiful two story warehouse located in the heart of San Diego. Clean white walls, industrial accents and an abundance of natural light make this space an exhibitors dream. Address: 3446 Hancock St, San Diego, CA 92110

Jess Tingle is an interior stylist whose work has been featured in the LA Times, Travel & Leisure, The Hollywood Reporter, Condé Nast Traveler, Crate and Barrel, & CB2. Her unique style combines clean-modern lines with textured finishes and one of a kind decorative pieces from small batch artists and designers.
AMA Fiber Art
Alyssa Alexander is a fiber artist specializing in large scale commissions for both residential and commercial spaces. Her pieces are made through weaving naturally dyed fibers in unique patterns, resulting in mesmerizing installations that add texture and intricacy to any space.
Studio Imogen
Imogen Baxter is a social media marketer, graphic designer and event curator. With an MA in Art History and a certification in Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute, Imogen is passionate about connecting creatives while showcasing the abundance of local talent here in San Diego.
