I have set the ingredients enough for 6 pizzas with a bit of sauce left over.

French Stick or 3 sandwich baguettes.
180g Grated chedder and mozzarella cheese mix

The Sauce
1 medium onion chopped finely
2 tsp Garlic puree
1 400g Can of chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Dried basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano

My Topping
1 Can of Tuna chunks in water drained
50g mushrooms thinly sliced
1/3 Bell pepper sliced small

Calories for 2 pizzas
Calories 450
Carbs 81g
Fat 15g
Protein 35g
