Did you know that Tillamook, Oregon is home to more than one super famous cheese factory?? It’s true, but most of you only know about Tillamook cheese, which is a collection of many popular cheddars. Blue Heron has but One Cheese to Rule Them All…a Brie in fact!! But they sell a whole lot of other gourmet foods and snacks including…their competitor, Tillamook cheddar!! Why?!? Who knows but I’m glad for it!! A store with nothing but brie would be boring!!
