Chorizo Smash Tacos inspired by @ChilesandSmoke 🌮🥑🔥
Inspired by my good friend Brad Prose from @ChilesandSmoke these Chorizo Smash Tacos were out of this world. When you smash them super thin, then end up fully cooking from the steam and radiant heat. Topped with fresh guacamole, sour cream and a bunch more. So fricken delicious!
