Mix Vegetable Oats Dhokla

Ingredients:

Oats: ½ cup
Suji: ½ cup
Curd: ½ cup
Peas: 2 tbsp
Carrot: 2 tsp
Onion: 2 tsp
Corn: 2 tbsp
Spinach: 3 tbsp
French Beans: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Oil: 3-4 tsp
Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
Chilli Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves: 3 tbsp
Eno: 1 tsp
Muster Seeds: ½ tsp
Asafoetida: ½ tsp
Sesame: 1 tsp
Green Chilli: 1 tsp
Curry Leaves: 5-6

Method:
1.In a pan add oats and dry roast it for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. After that add roasted oats in the mixture jar and grind it into fine powder.
2.In a bowl add oats flour, suji and mix them . Now add peas, ,corn, onion, spinach, carrot, french beans, chilli ginger paste, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder and curd. Mix them well. Add some water and mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3.After that add in the better add eno. Mix it well. Transfer the better in the plate and sprinkle red chilli powder over it. Place the plate in the steamer and steam it for 10-12 minutes on a high flame. Then remove the plate and let it cool down. After that cut it into piece.
4.In a pan add oil, once it heat then add asafoetida, mustard seeds, sesame, green chilli, curry leaves. Now spread the tadka on the dhokla. Here your mix vegetable oats dhokla is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney .
