Ingredients:

Falafel:

Dry Chickpeas – 1 cup

Onion – half chopped

Garlic – 4-5 cloves 

Bunch of Coriander leaves

Brunch of Parsley leaves

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Baking soda – half tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder – half tsp

White Sauce:

Serving -1

Curd/yogurt – 3-4 tbsp

Lemon zest – 1/3 tsp

Garlic – 1 clove grated

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Red Sauce :

Serving -1

Fried tomato – 1 medium sized

Dry Red Chilli – 2-3 (fried)

Garlic -3-4 cloves

Lemon juice -1 tbsp

Salt to taste 

Falafel Wrap:

Chapati/Roti 

Green Chutney

Tomato ketchup

Some green salads
