For the Raspberry Seed Jelly :

– 2 g pectin
For the Pistachio Financier :
– 40 g butter
– 180 g icing sugar
– 40 g almond powder
– 50 g eggs
– 160 g flour
– 30 g pistachio paste
For the Mascarpone whipped cream :
– 250 g liquid cream
– 50 g mascarpone
– 15 g sugar
