Learn how to brew coffee with these great Hawaii-based coffee pros!

I was in the Kona District for some other business when I realized that I was there the same week as the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival – an event I’ve always wanted to attend. And the day I arrived in Kailua-Kona was this Learn How To Brew event.

In this video, you’ll learn some thoughts and techniques from Brian Lo of Koana Coffee, Regional Brewers Cup Champion Thomas Keisling from Honolulu Coffee, baristas Eric Dong and Chance Punahele from Kona Coffee & Tea, as well as roasters Meg Duka and Alaka’i Kapanui from Pacific Coffee Research – showing you how they brew coffee in the Abid Clever, French Press and Stagg Pour Over.
