Garlic Bread Loaf
Ingredients:
Maida : 2 cups (250 gm)
Milk Powder: 2 tsp
Sugar : 2 tsp
Oil : 2-3 tsp
Butter: 2 tsp
Instant Dry Yeast : 1tsp + ¼ tsp (7 gm)
Salt : 1 tsp
Water : 170 ml
Oregano: 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp
garlic Powder: ½ tsp
Garlic Paste: ½ tsp
Method :
1. In a bowl add water, oil, and sugar. Mix them well.
2. In the anothe bowl add maida, salt, milk powder, instant dry yeast , oregano, chilli flakes, garlic powder and mix it well. Then add water mixture in it and knead the dough until it become soft dough.
3. Knead the dough on kitchen surface for 8-10 minutes.
4. Once the dough become soft, round it up and place it in a well-greased bowl. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for an hour.
5. In a pan add butter, oil, garlic paste, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning. Heat it for a minute. Here your mix herbs garlic butter is ready.
6. After an hour take out the dough from the bowl, press it lightly and cut it into two parts.
7. Now make round ball. Press it with your hands in oval shape. Now fold it into cylinder shape. Then give rest 10 minutes.
8. Apply mix herbs garlic butter.
9. Now bake it in the pre heated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then let it cool down for an hours. After it cut into pieces. Here your Garlic bread loaf is ready.
Note:
1. If you are using active dry yeast then in a bowl add 170 ml lukewarm water , active dry yeast and sugar mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes until rise.
