Mini pizzas are what got me into closet cooking. French bread pizzas are good but I hate buying frozen food. It’s crap. A simple mini pizza is 4 basic ingredients…sort of. Well it is for us!
Soon I will try and make a real pizza in the taster oven, but for now we got some pretty good stuff right here!
As with all of my recipes you can add anything you like, I’m just giving you the basic idea. You can cook just about anything in a very small space, that’s the whole point!
These recipes and techniques may also be useful if you cook in motels or RVs.
