August, 2022 — My quibble: Lunch is sit-down mains ordered off menu; salads, desserts, soup on buffet. “Gastronomique” mains are not that wonderful. Would have preferred grazing a buffet so if something is not to my taste, I don’t have to waste an entire plate of food. Smart Steve stuck to hamburgers most days.
