He is passionate about outdoor cooking: Tobias Beck has set himself the ambitious goal of regularly cooking outdoors at varying locations in the German capital for up to 40 people with embers, ovens, wood, and fire towers. The 28-year-old serves his guests 8 courses. Previously, Tobias Beck worked in the star restaurant “Ernst”, but his passion for cooking over an open fire was ignited by the Argentinean star chef Francis Mallmann.
