Recipe
For the french toast batter
Eggs- 3 nos.
Sugar- 15 gms
Milk- 100 ml
Fresh cream- 100 ml
Cinnamon powder- 5 gm
For the Banana Caramel
Brown sugar- 60 gm
Butter- 30 gms
Fresh Cream- 30 gms
Banana- 1 no.
For garnish
Whipped cream- 1 heaping tbsp
Grated chocolate (optional)- as required
