Most children that I know love chocolate chip muffins, so in today’s video, How to Make Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffins Like a Pro, I share with you how to make your children smile during school break with these healthy muffin alternatives. Using sweet potato flour as the gluten-free base, this recipe uses a ready-mix that already contains all the dry muffin ingredients. The only thing left for me to do is to add my wet ingredients (water, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar). The end result is a healthy snack, that fits in the palm of his hands, with chocolate chips on the inside.
