BEEF SPRING ROLLS⤵️

1.5 thinly sliced beef of choicd (I used chuck roast)
1.5 TBSP lemongrass beef
8 cloves minced garlic
1.5 TBSP oyster sauce
1.5 tsp mushroom/ chicken bouillon
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP oil of choice
1 TBSP sesame oil

1. Thinly slice beef and marinate with all of your ingredients for 10 minutes at room temp

2. Then on medium high heat, heat up some olive oil. Once olive oil is hot, cook beef for 2-3 minutes un touched.

3. Then mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes un touched. Repeat this process until meat is cooked through.

4. Assemble your spring roll with vermicelli noodle and veggie of choice.

FISH SAUCE DIP
12 oz coconut soda/ coco rico or water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 TBSP vinegar
Minced garlic
Garlic chili paste – optional
Chopped thai chili – optional
– mix this until sugar dissolves
