This original recipe of eggs cooking became popular thanks to publishing of the personal diaries of a French painter, an impressionist and certain gourmet, Claude Monet. According to his stories this breakfast was served early morning to the guests of the painter’s house. A baked soufflé out of whites and cream yolk is called an aristocrat breakfast.
