This time, Chef Dohi from la Maison de Graciani, a French restaurant in Kobe city with a star awarded in the Michelin guide 2016, showed us how to make Keema curry, one of their popular staff meals in the restaurant.

– Ingredients (for 2 to 3 servings)
225g ground beef and pork
3/4 onion
1/2 tomato
1/2 eggplant
1/4 red paprika
1/4 yellow paprika
5g garlic
5g ginger
9g curry powder
30g yogurt
50g water
5g soy sauce
A dash of olive oil
