We just couldn’t get enough of the wines from il Cattivo, so we’re back and thirsty for more!
In our first episode with winemakers Anthony Catinari and Richard Bate, we enjoyed a tasting of their Grenache range. This time Nathan is sitting down with the boys to talk about and most importantly taste their emerging variety of wines including a Fiano, Grenache Rose and a Montepulciano!
To pair with these wines, Anthony has graciously cooked us up a delicious Italian pasta dish with local pipis from Port Elliot, South Australia.
