Hello everyone !
Today we are going to learn how to make icing. And not just any icing : the Royal Icing ! This is an essential recipe once again, one of the basics of pastry, because decorating cakes is an art, and you have to know the main icings.

The Royal Icing is used for the finishes of a cake or a dessert, or to be used with a cornet (to embellish French Macarons, gingerbread or cookies for example). It is a very simple preparation made up of icing sugar and egg whites.

For about 170 g of icing
-150 g sifted icing sugar
– 1 egg white
– 8 g of lemon juice
