There’s just something about a really good steak, add fries, even better. Today we’re going to top our steaks with a tangy, savory compound butter and serve it with a lemon garlic aioli dipping sauce. We’re adding rosemary and parm to our perfectly crispy frites for a taste explosion.

Ingredients:
two 1LB steak (rib eye, strip, flank or skirt…up to you!)
4 TBS unsalted butter
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cloves garlic – grated
1 tsp dijon
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS chopped chives

2 russet potatoes cut into sticks
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 tsp salt
1/8 cup grated parmesan

1 cup mayo
1/2 juice of lemon
2 cloves garlic – grated

salt and pepper to taste
oil to fry
