steak of choice.
liquid smoke, light splash per steak
odobo spice 1/4 tsp. per steak
turmeric 1/4 tsp per steak
pepper 1/4 tsp per steak
Cajun spice 1/4 tsp pet steak
mushrooms 1 cup
instant rice 2 cups
brown gravy mix, 1 package
black beans 1 can
stewed tomatoes 1 can
French green beans 1 can.
bring 5 cups water to boil add mushrooms, cook 10 minutes.
season meat with spices, tenderize with fork.
sear meats, then lower flame to simmer and add tomatoes..
add black beans to mushrooms bring back to boil then add rice and turn off heat.5 minutes
heat green beans. while rice is cooking.
once rice ifinished add package brown gravy ( dry ) mix well.
turn off steak flame and meal is done. put in plate add garnish and serve.
