Caramelized French Toast with custard

Cream -2 cup
Egg – 3 yolk
Milk -1.5 cup milk
Sugar -3/4 cup ( according to sweetness can add 1/2 cup and add more if you want )
Vanilla -1 tbs
Brioche Bread slice -6 pc or normal bread
Sugar -2 tbs each for bread to caramelize
Butter -1 tsp optional

To milk add vanilla and just boil warm it and switch off . Mix the egg yolks and sugar creamy with fork . Add the warm milk little butter little to egg mix and mix all well . Then pour the cold cream and mix all .
Toast in oven or fry pan or in air fryer the bread to make it little hard (or two day old bread is good to use )
Spread 2 tbs spoon of sugar in very warm fry pan to caramelize
Dip the bread in the milk mix and sear and toast in the caramel , can add little butter if needed .

To make custard
Boil and stir the left over milk mix to make semi thick custard . Serve with French toast .
