Try serving this dish with some crostini’s. Just slice a French baguette into 1-4 -1/2 inch medallions, brush with fresh made garlic butter, top with diced tomatoes & fresh basil, sprinkle with grated parmesan, bake at 400 F for 5-10 minutes or until toasted!
