While the chef dedicates his research and energy to the palate bliss, a sincerely attentive and sparkling team provides to the restaurant, the courtyard, and the private dining room a true sense of place with a décor entirely made in Italy. Fully decorated with Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel furniture, the stylish lounge and vibrant bar offer a contemporary warm setting fueled with a sharp sound signature combining Italian genes and the latest hip trends. Gourmet snacks, healthy salads, and vegetarian options at the bar and lounge share the menu with the famous “Bomba” from Niko Romito. At the same time, the “Aperitivo” is served in a chic and lively atmosphere at night. The generous Bulgari version of the Italian tradition, made of a wide range of dishes by Niko Romito in finger portions, takes the sharing experience to another level.
In a nod to Bulgari’s Roman roots, the Spa is essential to the Bulgari experience. Occupying 1300 square meters on two levels, the Spa is open to hotel residents and local clients. Clad in Pietra di Vicenza, a sedimentary stone sourced from Veneto, Italy, and Burmese teak, it is a space entirely devoted to inner and physical well-being, relaxation, and sport. The reception area is clad in green onyx, a Bulgari Hotels signature finish.
Nine Vicenza stone treatment rooms come with their shower, setting the scene for ultimate privacy and care for innovative and proprietary rituals using the latest products and techniques. Then, for an even greater level of privacy, there is the 65-square-meter Spa Suite. Designed for couples, it features a double bed and private jacuzzi and hammam ensconced in green onyx.
The Spa is also home to a 25-meter Pool, finished with green mosaic tiles and shimmering gold accents. Decorated with glass columns crafted using a Lalique technique, the entrance recalls the magnificence of Roman baths and represents a fusion of French and Italian traditions. A second Vitality Pool is decorated in mosaics inspired by the Roman baths at Caracalla and lulls guests with a gentle waterfall, soothing jets, and luxe cabanas for relaxing. In addition, the team from Workshop Gymnasium is available for personal training in the state-of-the-art gym, which is open 24 hours a day.
