The biscuit – 4 eggs – 120 g of sugar – 75 g of cornstarch – 75 g of flour – 1 pinch of salt – 2 tablespoons of hot water
Coffee buttercream – 350 g of sugar – 100 g of water – 250 g of eggs (6 eggs) – 500 g of butter in small pieces – 20 g of coffee extract
Caramelized almonds – 165 g of crushed almonds – 50 g of brown sugar
Biscuit syrup – 100 g of water – 135 g of sugar
