All purpose flour 240 g
Unsalted butter 80 g
Maple syrup 100 ml
Salt pinch

Fillings~
Black sesame seed, Kinako(Roasted soy powder)
Unsweetened Cocoa powder, Sliced almond
Matcha powder, Chocolate chips
Black tea leaves

===== Recipe =====

-Making dough

In the large bowl, place the butter & mix until creamy consistency.
Add maple into the butter slowly & mix well until creamy consistency.
Add flour over the mesh & mix until all dough come together.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
Add flavors for each doughs.
Place the dough on the plastic wrap or baking sheet & roll it to the about 3 x 10 cm log.
Chill until firm.
Cut about 1 cm thick & place the baking sheet.

Preheat oven for 175°C or 350°F.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
