Hey what’s going on everyone! Because I’ve been so busy lately, today’s video is nice and short. Today I’ve made a video on the cousin to the croque madame & monsieur- the Monte Cristo sandwich. Similar to the Croque’s, it’s a ham and cheese sandwich, however in this case, you dunk it in egg & milk similar to french toast and fry it that way. It is absolutely delicious, and a great way to make a ham and cheese sandwich. If you’ve never made one of these before, give it a try- I’m sure you’ll love it.

-2 slices of bread
-sliced ham
-sliced swiss cheese
-dijon mustard
-mayonnaise
-1 cup whole milk
-2 large eggs
-1 tbsp butter for pan
