Let’s make a Cheesesteak,
a Philly cheesesteak has sauteed onions, shaved ribeye and Provolone,
We are going to use cooked deli roast beef, Pepper, Onion, Mushrooms and Mozzarella.
The roast beef was sliced very thin almost shaved and will heat up pretty fast so don’t overcook it or it will get dry and horrible tasting, the prepackaged roast beef will be thicker and may need to be cut into strips before adding to the veggie mix but will be just as good.
you can use thin sliced chicken as well, maybe I’ll do a video on that soon
I like using this vegetable mixture for these, they give it lots of flavor.
The ready to cook fries are good when you thaw them and cut them up for a quick breakfast potato, they crisp up in a pan pretty quick.
I speak to you like I would speak to a novice cook or a family member wanting to learn how I make stuff. I don’t always measure exact but that’s ok, recipes are just guidelines meant to be altered, of course there are classic recipes that should be followed to a tee but I’m not making that here. Enjoy
