Calling it their “most luxurious project to date,” developer Related Group has partnered with French crystal maker Baccarat to bring the Baccarat Residences to Miami’s riverfront. Sep Niakan interviews VP of Sales Valeria Lugo about this beautiful new project in the heart of Brickell, Miami.
Perched at the confluence of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, the shimmering 75-story glass tower will rise to feature 324 luxury condo residences. Residents will also be able to rent out their units for 30-days several times per year. The high-rise will be part of a three-tower, mixed-use development to be managed by SH Hotels & Resorts. The project will carry a total of 1,400 residences along with a 250-room five-star hotel, class-A offices, and retail.
Designed by the award-winning Arquitectonica, famed Meyer Davis Studio is in charge of interiors, using a fusion of 18th-century Paris and 21st-century Miami, with a hint of 1930s Art Deco as its style guide. Enzo Enea will handle all landscaping architecture and design.
Each residence will feature 10-foot-high ceilings, 8-foot-deep private terraces, gourmet kitchens Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, plus master baths with stand-alone bathtubs and frameless glass-enclosed rain showers.

All owners will gain Global Member Privileges such as access to Baccarat Owners Circle Services, preferred service and privileges at Maisons Baccarat (Paris and Moscow), BBar (Tokyo) and Crystal Rooms worldwide, as well as hotel privileges in Baccarat Hotels and SH Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Residents will have a Beach Club Membership to the 1 Hotel South Beach.
