Assorted Chocolate Dates:
Ingredients:
Dates: 12-15 nos
Dark and Milk Compound: 100 gm
Pista Compound: 70 gm (optional)
Blue Berry Compound: 70 gm (optional)
Mix Dry Fruits: 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Remove the seeds from the dates. Now stuff the roasted nuts in the center of the dates and press the dates.
2. Now melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30-30 second .
3. Stuffed dates dip in the melted dark chocolate and place it on the butter paper. Now add some chopped walnut and pista over it. Follow the same process with pista and blueberry chocolate.
4. Now set the chocolate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
5. After that garnish the chocolate coated dates with melted chocolate. Here your Chocolate Covered Dates is ready.
