Fresh organic fruit and vegetables where we don’t need to rob a bank to buy it, are hard to find. Fortunately we have a fresh organic farmer’s market just up the road from us.
Our Saturday mornings involve an early start walking the dogs and then spending the morning talking to all the store holders, having breakfast and buying our weekly fruit and veg.
We love it!
All the Organic Food Markets in Sydney are mostly open air Market places that supply Certified Organic food, artisan gourmet produce and conventional fresh fruit & veg, freshly baked bread and patisserie, seasonal produce from the farmer, salami, local and French cheese, smoked salmon and other delicacies.
It’s a great way to support local farmers and creatives, while getting fruit and veg that actually have some vitamins left in them.
