LET’S MAKE JAPANESE YAKI NOODLES! QUICK & EASY STIR-FRY DINNER RECIPES
For today’s video come with me to the Asian market where I buy all the ingredients to prepare these delicious Japanese Yaki Noodles! You’ll be so surprised to see how quickly they come together.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3 bunches bok choy
scallions
udon noodles
Sauce:
1 tbsp. mirin
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Directions:
Add to a small bowl all the ingredients for the sauce then place to the side. Cook the noodles and bok choy in boiling water for 2-3 minutes then drain and place to the side. In a large skillet, fry the ground beef then add the slice mushrooms till slightly browned. Add the bok choy, noodles and sauce and mix everything together for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the scallions. enjoy!
