What’s a great way to chill during the summer, or any season for that matter? Cocktail hour with The Gochiso Gourmet! Sit back and relax with Ryan Tatsumoto of Kane‘ohe, on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, as he shows us how to make a Yuzu Spritz.

Yuzu Spritz
1 ounce Nolet gin (good alternatives are Bombay Sapphire or Tanqueray Rangpur)
1/2 ounce Yuzuri yuzu liqueur (alternatives are Yamayuzu sake or limoncello)
3 to 4 ounces Mio sparkling sake (or any other sparkling sake)
Pour each liquor in an old-fashioned cocktail glass over a large ice cube, mix then serve with a slice of fresh lemon.
