A&Z #995 – Randy Santel vs Doo-Dah Diner’s “Brutus’ Big Brother” Man vs Food Breakfast Challenge at Doo-Dah Diner in downtown Wichita, Kansas!! A few weeks after finishing my February & March Florida Tour with @Katina Eats Kilos, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #24, I traveled to downtown Wichita, Kansas to become the first person to attempt and help kick off the new 7+lb “Brutus’ Big Brother” Man vs Food Breakfast Challenge at Doo-Dah Diner owned by my friends Patrick and Timirie. I had 1 hour to feast on lots of tasty breakfast items. This was the ultimate breakfast food challenge because there were so many different delicious breakfast items on the platter!! In fact, this was one of the most delicious man vs food breakfast challenges I’ve ever attempted!! I was trying to win my $45 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the first spot on their Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Doo-Dah Diner for the wonderful breakfast foods, dessert, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to the amazing people who came up that afternoon to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in Wichita, KS and all around Kansas who watches and supports our efforts!!

Doo-Dah Diner’s “Brutus’ Big Brother” Man vs Food Breakfast Challenge in Wichita, Kansas ($45):
– The Doo-Dah Diner was founded in 2012 by Patrick and Timirie Shibley, two native Wichitans who wanted to create a casual breakfast and lunch restaurant with the same laid-back vibe that Wichita is known for.
– Looking for the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch in Wichita? Stop by Doo-Dah Diner for some scratchmade gourmet comfort food and good company! Their made from scratch food has captured the hearts and taste-buds of people across the nation and they’ve been voted as a #1 restaurant favorite in Kansas & Missouri.
– There is a Brutus breakfast platter on their menu which consists of a tower of hash browns, caramelized onions, Chicken Fried Steak, sausage gravy, and 2 eggs.
– This “Brutus’ Big Brother” Breakfast Challenge weighs about 7lbs total and has a lot more!!
– There is hash browns, corned beef hash, a giant buttermilk pancake, a biscuit with gravy, 2 thick slices of pork belly, 2 types of bacon, 2 chicken fried steak cutlets topped with sausage gravy, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sunny-side-up fried eggs, and a Crab Benedict topped with hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. On the sides, there are 2 slices of popular gluten-free Banana Bread French Toast topped with homemade whipped cream and apple butter.
– There is a 1 hour time limit to finish. The optional monkey bread I ate at the end was not required.
– Winners earn the $45 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on the Doo-Dah Wall of Fame!!
