Today we are going to make a delicious Gourmet Seafood Dip. Now let’s just dive into it!

Crab/Shrimp Dip:
• Crab Meat
• Shrimp (raw, diced 1.5lbs)
• Cream Cheese (16oz)
• Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
• Blanche Green Seasoning
• Gruyere (1 cup grated) & ½ cup for topping
• Triple Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
• Parmesan (½ cup)
• Parsley (1 small handful – chopped)
• Lemon (juice of ½ lemon)
• Dijon (1 tbsp.)
• Cayenne pepper (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• Salt (just a little to taste – or not at all)
• Lemon zest (zest of ½ lemon)

Side:
• Mixed green
• Cucumber (I used a spiralizer to make my cucumber spaghetti)
• Cornichons
• Baby Tomatoes
• Olive
• Lemon Feta Antipasta
• Honey Dijon Dressing

Bread: (Any kind of bread will work – I’m using French Bread; the store was out of French baguette which is my preference)
• Unsalted Butter
• Bread

Cooking Instructions

Crab/Shrimp Dip:
• Preheat oven at 350°F.
• Clean (peel, soak in water mixed with the juice of 1 lemon, dry with a paper towel, squeezing as much water as you can from the shrimp) and coarsely dice shrimp, drain crab meat and break into big chunks, finely chop parsley and reserve.
• In a large bowl, start with soften cream cheese (I just left it on the counter for about 2 hours), add ½ cup of mayonnaise, mix well.
• Follow with all the other ingredients, starting with first the shrimps, parsley, cheese (cheddar, parmesan and gruyere), season as you go, be gently with the salt or just don’t add it because most of the ingredients are already salty.
• Add Blanche Green Seasoning or any seasoning of your choice, mix well.
• Finished with the crab, lemon juice and lemon zest. At this point don’t mix but fold your mixture to avoid smashing the crab.
• Transfer everything into individual baking bowls or in a baking dish.
• Top with gruyere cheese and bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 to 23 minutes if using small individual baking bowls or for 25 to 30 minutes when using a large baking dish.

Serving and Presentation:
Serve with toast, crackers, crudité, or any side of your choice OR just exactly like I served and presented the Gourmet Plate in this video. ENJOY!!!
