One of the first classic French restaurants in Tokyo.
I had not been in years and was happy to find that the food was as good as ever.
Too bad that we are still in a state of emergency in Tokyo and I could not enjoy some wine with the amazing food! I had a great time nonetheless 🙂
Here is the detail of the 8.000 yen (about 73 USD) menu lunch that I had (they also had a 15.000 yen lunch menu):
✨ Amuse-bouche: fish bites in a creamy sauce topped with squid ink tuiles.
✨Starter: salmon topped by a gaspacho mousse.
✨Fish: crispy scorpion fish with French mussels from Mont Saint-Michel stuffed ravioli in salsa verde.
✨Meat: canette from Bretagne with a tasty cherry sauce.
