How to make souffle pancakes / Japanese pancakes recipe
Recipe:
2c pancake mix
3 egg yolks
1.5c milk
Optional: Vanilla/Coffee extract, Spices like Cinnamon
French Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4c sugar
– Mix the first couple ingredients and set aside
– For the meringue, whip your egg whites until soft peaks.
– Add your sugar and whip until you have stiff peaks (standing up on it’s own)
– Fold in your meringue in 3-4 batches.
– Cook in a greased rice cooker for 35 minutes.
– You can also cook this in a pan as individual cakes (:
