FRENCH TOAST ROLL-UPS 🥞🍓
White Bread
Cream Cheese
Strawberries
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
Sugar
Cinnamon
Remove crusts from bread and flatten slightly with a rolling pin. Dice strawberries and add to bread along with cream cheese. Roll up tightly. Add egg and milk to bowl and mix well. Heat a pan over medium heat with butter. Dip rolls ups into egg mix and fry, seam side down. Turn to cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
