2 tbsp shallot
2-3 garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 cup ground pork
1 cup chicken liver
1 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 slice bread
*third step: pickled daikon & carot
1/2 diakon
1/2 carrot
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
*Vietnamese butter
1/2 cup melted butter
8 eggs
