Speghetti in Bechamel sauce with Broccoli
Bechamel is french sauce it is also famous by the name “white sauce ” its basically made with flour butter and milk it tastes heaven when paired with spaghetti pasta and stir fried Broccoli will add crunch to it and seasoned with zataar for a twist in flavours.
Ingredients
Speghetti pasta 2 bunch of your palm (4ounce)
Broccoli 10-12 florets
Garlic 4-5cloves
Flour 2tsp
Milk 1/2cup
Black pepper 1/2tsp & salt
Cheese Parmesan
Seasoning zatar mix spice&spring onions
