First video in a long time. New format, new equipment, new flavors. Thanks for waiting for me. Gourmet Trash Food is a new segment I’m trying, where I take trash foods, like frozen french bread pizza, and create homemade gourmet versions of them. For this version, I used sopressata, burrata, caramelized shallots, campari marinara, spicy honey, and pecorino toscano stagionato to create something that honestly took me by surprise. Hope you guys enjoyed, cause I have a few more ideas like this coming soon.
