Garam masala is super important in Indian cuisine. It forms the whole essence of the dish and turns any bland tasting vegetable to something surprisingly delicious. Ingredients:
200 grams Paneer / Cottage cheese
150 grams Green peas
4 tbsps Curd / Yogurt
3 large Onions
2 medium Tomatoes
1 large Capsicum
1/2 inch Ginger
3 to 4 cloves Garlic
2 to 3 Green chillies
1/2 teaspoon Jeera / Cumin
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
2 Bayleaves
3 cloves
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 small Black cardamom
1/2 inch Cinnamon
1 Dried red chilli
Salt to taste
