This is my second video testing the Alaska Goldrush Blend by the Alaska Seasoning Company to see if it really is an all purpose seasoning. This time I tried it on peach wood smoked hamburgers, French Fries, and sauté mushrooms.
My grill is the Weber Original Kettle Premium and the peach wood chips are from Sharpe Gourmet Cooking Wood.
