INGREDIENTS :

SHORTBREAD DOUGH
– Flour : 250g ​(2cups)
– Butter : 175g (3/4 cup)
– Egg : 1
– Sugar : 4g
– Milk : 50g (1/5 cup)
– a pinch of salt

THE FLAN
– Butter : 50 g
– Whole Milk : 750 g (3cups)
– Sugar : 180g (9/10 cup)
– Potato stratch : 4 tablespoons
– Vanilla sugar : 2 packs
– Egg Yolks : 5

NEUTRAL TOPPING :
– Sugar : 50 g
– Water : 50 g
