Hey family!! In today’s video I’m doing some more spring cleaning and we make a 3 FOOT Supper! LOL! 🤣 I also do a quick French Braid tutorial! p.s. I am not a professional… 🤣
French Onion Sloppy Subs (Not the best name, but it fits!)
Ingredients:
sub rolls
ground beef, I used 2.25 pounds and it made around 8 subs
1 or two onions sliced
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons oil
mozzarella cheese, or cheese of your choice
Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook onions until tender then remove from the pan. Add ground beef to pan and cook until done then drain. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, beef broth, brown sugar, and cooked onions to the ground beef. Bring to a simmer. Toast sub rolls. Assemble the sandwiches with the cheese.
