RECIPE TO MY SAUCE
Wet ingredients:
4 sticks of butter
1 medium onion
7 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1tbs of hot sauce
Sauté onions with one stick of butter until translucent then add other 3 sticks
Bring to a simmer add garlic
Dry ingredients:
Once the butter, garlic, hot sauce and onions come to a boil add.
1TBS of each paprika, chili powder, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, creole seasoning
3TBS of brown sugar
