St Barth Gourmet Festival 2015 in blue white and red!
All of these chefs who honor us by being our guests this year, will be our guides as we discover the face of today’s contemporary French gastronomy.
Brilliantly embodying the values of French culinary traditions, the passionate and generous three-star Michelin chef, Emmanuel Renaut of Flocons de Sel in Megève, serves as the ambassador of this culinary festival. Emmanuel Renaut was accompanied by six exemplary chefs from the four corners of France : Yoann Conte, a two-star Michelin chef from Annecy; Jérôme Nutile, a two-star chef in 2009 and Meilleur ourier de France, from Le Mas de Boudan in Nimes; David Toutain, a one-star Michelin chef from Paris; Stéphanie Le Quellec, a one-star Michelin chef from Le Prince de Galles in Paris; Alexandre Mazzia, a one-star Michelin chef from Marseille; and Laurent Jeannin, the pastry chef from Epicure (Le Bristol Hotel, Paris) a three-star Michelin restaurant.
The Chefs had been able to please St Barth population in the restaurants that were our partners : Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France, Eden Rock Hotel, Taïwana Hotel, L’Esprit restaurant, Christopher Hotel and Le Guanahani Hotel.
