Recipe:
Ice Cream:
1.5 Cups / 345ml Heavy Cream
1.5 Cups / 375ml Whole Milk
1 tsp / 4g Vanilla Extract
4 Egg Yolks
2/3 Cup / 134g Granulated Sugar
Caramel:
1 Cup / 200g Brown Sugar
6 Tbsp / 90g Salted Butter
1/2 Cup / 120ml Heavy Cream
Pinch of Salt
