Cocktail Recipes (Assumes 3oz pour):

Alfonso Cocktail
Put 1 lump of sugar in a medium-sized wine-glass, then add 2 dashes of Secrestat Bitters on to the sugar. Pour in a 1/4 of a glass of Dubonnet, add 1 lump of ice, and fill remainder with Champagne. Squeeze a lemon peel on top and stir slightly.

0.75 oz Dry Gin
0.75 oz French Vermouth
1.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 Dash(es) Angostura Bitters
4 Dash(es) Italian Vermouth
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

Alice Mine Cocktail
1.5 oz Italian (Sweet) Vermouth
1.5 oz Russian Kummel
2 Dash(es) Scotch Whisky
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
