Ingrédients:
3 œufs
1/2 tasse de lait végétal
1/2 cuillère à café de cannelle
4 tranches de pain Challah
Sirop d’érable
Beurre
Préparation:
1. Battre les oeufs avec le lait et la cannelle dans un récipient à l’aide d’un fouet
2. Tremper le pain tranche par tranche dans la mixture en le retournant plusieurs fois
3. Pendant ce temps là, faire fondre le beurre dans une large poêle
4. Faire cuire deux tranches de challah dans la poêle jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées pendant environ 2 minutes
5. Retourner et cuire le deuxième côté
6. Servir chaud avec du sirop d’érable
